Frequently Asked Questions
Good to Know
Where are Harmony Jewels based?
We are a family-led jeweller at 102 Hatton Garden, in London's historic jewellery quarter. You can visit our showroom by appointment or book a free virtual consultation from anywhere in the world.
How long has Harmony Jewels been established?
We have been creating fine jewellery in Hatton Garden since 1982, which is more than four decades of family-led craftsmanship.
Do you make bespoke engagement rings?
Yes, bespoke engagement rings are at the heart of what we do. You can start with a setting, start with a diamond, or design a completely one-of-a-kind piece with our team.
Do you offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
We work with both certified natural earth-mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds, plus coloured gemstones such as rubies, sapphires, emeralds and tanzanite, so you can choose the stone that suits your style and budget.
Can I book a virtual appointment?
Yes. If you cannot visit our Hatton Garden showroom in person, you can book a free virtual consultation and we will guide you through designs, diamonds and pricing over video.
What jewellery do you create besides rings?
Alongside engagement, wedding and eternity rings, we craft earrings and pendants in gold, platinum and palladium, set with natural or lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones.
