Frequently Asked Questions

ABOUT HARMONY JEWELS

1 How long has Harmony Jewels been in the jewellery business?

We have been dealing in diamonds and creating jewellery since 1982. Our diamond trade and jewellery production company has been operating since 2011, and harmonyjewels.co.uk was incorporated in the UK in 2022. Over four decades of expertise go into every piece we make.

2 Do you design and make your own jewellery?

Yes, entirely. Every piece is designed in house, from selecting the stone to creating the CAD mount, and manufactured in our Hatton Garden studio. We follow trends closely and make decisions based on what our customers genuinely love.

3 Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We do. Our showroom is in the heart of Hatton Garden, London, and we welcome visits by appointment. Booking ahead means we can make sure the pieces you want to see are ready and waiting for you. Request an appointment here.

4 Why are your prices so competitive?

Because we work directly with major manufacturers and suppliers, cutting out the middleman. As both jewellery designers and direct trade partners, we pass those savings straight to you. No retail markup, just exceptional value for fine jewellery.

OUR DIAMONDS AND MATERIALS

1 Are all your diamonds earth mined?

No. We offer both natural, earth mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds. Both are real diamonds, sharing the same physical and optical properties. The difference is origin, and we are happy to talk you through both options so you can choose what feels right for you.

2 What metals do you use?

All our jewellery is crafted in solid 9k gold, 18k gold, or platinum. We do not sell plated jewellery. Some two tone pieces combine metals, and certain settings use rhodium finishing. Visit our metal guide for a full breakdown of each option.

3 Should I choose gold or platinum?

There is no single right answer, it comes down to your lifestyle, budget, and personal taste. Our metal guide covers durability, colour, maintenance, and price comparisons in detail to help you decide.

4 What if the ring I order is the wrong size?

We offer a complimentary first resize. Simply send or bring the ring back to us and we will adjust the fit and return it polished. We do recommend coming to us for resizing rather than using a third party, as improper resizing can damage the ring and may void the warranty. If you are ordering and unsure of your size, our finger size guide can help you get it right the first time.

If you'd rather the link sit on different wording (for example directly on "wrong size" instead of adding a new sentence), just let me know which anchor text you want and I'll adjust it.

MAKING A PURCHASE

1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Cheques, money orders, and bank transfers are also available. Please call us on 020 7242 8748 to arrange payment by any of these methods.

2 Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. Please have your Product ID and all specifications ready when you call us on 020 7242 8748. Our team will guide you through the rest.

3 Can I pay a deposit to reserve a piece?

Yes. Call us on 020 7242 8748 to speak with the team about our deposit and reservation policy.

4 Are your online prices the same as in store?

Yes. Where the piece and diamond specifications are like for like, the price is the same whether you buy online or in our showroom.

5 Are all designs available to view in store?

We stock as much of our catalogue as possible, but not every variation of every piece can be held in the showroom at all times. We recommend booking an appointment before visiting so we can confirm availability and have your chosen pieces ready.

6 How often do your prices change?

Prices are updated periodically to reflect movements in the precious metals and diamond markets. We always aim to offer the most competitive pricing possible.
