1 When did HARMONY JEWELS begin selling diamonds?

We have been in Diamond trading and Jewellery manufacturing business since 2011.

2 Do we design and create our own jewellery?

From choosing the precious stone to CAD designing our mounts, we design our own jewellery, manufacturing them all in Hatton Gardens, London on the bases of trends and popularity.

3 Do we have a physical store I can visit?

Yes indeed! We also happily accept appointments for viewing and purchasing in our showroom situated in London, in the middle of Hatton Gardens. If you have specific items you would like to view, we always recommend making an appointment in advance so we can ensure we have your desired items available and ready to view.

4 How are our prices so competitive?

Aside from being jewellery designers, we are proud and honoured to be direct partners of large and established manufacturers and suppliers that supply to many retailers in the UK and around the world. Providing best competitive prices for the diamond jewellery. We ensure that we offer our customers the best possible prices.

We have been in Diamond trading and Jewellery manufacturing business since 1982, harmonyjewels.co.uk was incorporated in the UK in 2022.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS

1 Are all our Diamonds Earth Minded?

No

2 Do we also sell Lab-Grown Diamonds?

Yes- we have a large selection of Lab-grown diamonds.

3 Is your jewellery gold plated or solid gold?

No, we do not sell any plated jewellery. All our jewellery is casted in solid 9k gold, 18k gold, or platinum. With the exception of two tone rings and girdling which consist of mixing and rhodamine.

4 Should I purchase gold or platinum?

This is a question we deal with on a daily basis; ultimately the choice is yours. Visit our education page and see the ‘Metal’ section for more detailed information.

5 What should I do if the ring I ordered is not the right finger size?

We recommend you check for the correct finger size before placing an order, but don’t worry if you order the wrong size- just send/bring the ring back to us and we will size it with the correct finger size one time with a polish for free. We do not recommend having the merchandise resized elsewhere, as they can damage the ring and doing so will void all warranties.

1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Checks (call to request), Money Order (call to request), and Bank Transfers (call to request).

2 Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. Please ensure you have the Product ID for the item you’re interested in and all the required specifications when placing a phone order by calling 020 7242 8748.

3 Can I pay a deposit and reserve an item?

Yes, please contact our office at 020 7242 8748 and speak with a customer service representative for more detailed information on our policy.

4 Can I pay with two different credit cards?

Yes, please contact our office at 020 7242 8748 and speak with a customer service representative for more detailed information on our policy.

5 Are your prices online the same in-store?

Yes. Where the item is like for like, and has the same diamond specifications, the prices will be the same.

6 Are all the designs online available to view in-store?

No, we attempt to stock as much of our catalog as possible. However it is not possible for us to stock every item in all its variations. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment before visiting our showroom.

7 How often do your prices change?

This varies; our prices are updated periodically according to fluctuations in the precious metals and diamond market.

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

1 Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

2 How long does my order take?

Classic styles displayed on our website are normally delivered within 15 – 20 working day. More complex items such as eternity rings, bespoke items and vintage jewellery can take up to 30 working days. Loose diamonds can be delivered within 7-10 working days.

3 Can I have my item sooner than this?

In many cases we can meet shorter urgent deadlines, please just contact us and ask about the specific item you want to order.

4 How is the item delivered?

All our items are delivered in discrete shipment packaging (Royal Mail for UK and FedEx for non-UK delivery) with no indication of what is inside. Return address is listed as “Harmony Jewels” for insurance purposes. However, international orders that cross country borders comply with local rules about declaration of value. The actual jewellery is contained in a luxurious gift box with protective outer packaging. All items shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery*, fully insured. Our global orders are delivered via FedEx*, again fully insured until they have been delivered to you.

5 Can you ship to another address?

Yes we can ship to an alternative delivery address, but we will need some additional forms of identification and proof of address if the payment was made by a debit or credit card.

6 Can I collect my item?

Orders can be collected from our London showroom, as long as this has been agreed with the sales team (see contact us). The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
